👿 Monster Rice Krispies
Activity KIT 👿Â
Â
These turned out so cute and my kids are dying to make them this weekend. I love a fun activity that also has great functional life skills naturally incorporated.
Here’s how I made them:
👿 Lay out some wax paper.
👿 Make or buy pre made ride krispies. Lay them on the wax paper. (Let your kids open them to work on bilateral hand coordination.)
👿 Pour white chocolate chips into bowls and melt them in the microwave.
👿 Add food coloring to the melted chocolate. You can even let them mix two primary colors and see what color it turns to.
👿 Dip the treats in the colored chocolate or use a knife to paint it on.
👿 Decorate then with sprinkles and let them make some funny faces with chocolate icing. (You can practice labeling emotions-happy, sad, angry, etc)
👿 Let them sit for about 30-40 minutes to harden and then enjoy!
My kids love these types of activities (and sweets), do yours??
