**All Kitscription orders ship out the month after your first purchase.  For example, order anytime in September and your first kit will ship on or around October 1st.***

When will I receive my subscription?

• Order anytime in the month of September, receive your first kit in October.  

What if I don’t celebrate a holiday?

Send us an email at support@sensationallyot.com and will we accommodate your request. 

Can I gift a subscription?

Yes!! We actually think it is a WONDERFUL idea!!  If you would like us to include a personalized card in the initially subscription kit, include it in the "special instructions" section at check out.  

Charges, Pausing membership, & Cancelations: 

• You will be charged your initially payment at check out.
• Your card on file will charged be on the 1st of each month for the duration of your subscription. (3 month minimum).
• You may pause your membership via the customer portal within 3 days before the next charge (the 1st of each month.)
• Cancellations must be completed via the customer portal within 3 days before the next charge (the 1st of each month) and after a minimum of 3 payments.
